Individually, yet wholeheartedly together, we explore how music and motion can ground us, energize us, help us release tension, open to playfulness, and return us to calm. No choreography, no right or wrong steps—just a safe, welcoming space to move freely, connectwith others, and experience the healing power of dance.

A wave of dance is generally a 2 hour session

In our fast-paced, screen-driven world, many of us have grown numb to the wisdom of our bodies—living in our heads, rushing from task to task, forgetting to listen to the subtle language of breath, sensation, and movement.


Modern life often pulls us outward, leaving us disconnected from our own bodies.


Somatic movement invites us to slow down, listen, and follow the body’s natural impulses. By moving with awareness rather than performance, we reawaken sensation, presence, and the deep knowing held in our breath, muscles, and skin. Each stretch, sway, and pause becomes both a reminder and a return—restoring our connection to the body and to the wholeness of being alive.

Dance Is Medicine is an ecstatic dance practice infused with the awareness of “5 Rhythms”. It is a moving meditation that invites you to step out of your head and into your body, surrendering to the music as it carries you through waves of rhythm and feeling. Rooted in Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms practice—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—this journey is both deeply personal and profoundly communal. A varied and vibrant mix of music becomes the bridge, connecting us to ourselves, to community, and to the wisdom of the elements of nature.


Each rhythm opens a different doorway into expression: grounding us, igniting passion, releasing what no longer serves, lifting us into lightness, and returning us to still presence. Together, they create a map back to our most authentic selves, where movement becomes medicine and dance becomes prayer.
