Relaxation and meditation practices offer numerous benefits to the body and mind - from stress reduction to improved mental health and increased blood flow to major muscles
Join us for learning a meditation instruction, introduction to a variety of practices and various forms of meditation, as well as reflection time and sharing.
This investment is $90 for 6 class, meeting 1x per week
Sept 22: Class 1 - introduction and breathing
Sept 29: Class 2 - grounding and self-compassion
Oct 6: Class 3 - body based awareness
Oct 13: Class 4 - guided journey meditation
Oct 20: Class 5 - loving kindness meditation
Oct 27: Class 6 - earthing (walking meditation)
