Mindfulness Coaching :
Soul Sessions
“Mindfulness is simply being aware of what is happening right now without wishing it were different; enjoying the pleasant without holding on when it changes (which it will);
being with the unpleasant without fearing it will always be this way (which it won’t).”

You will learn to explore, develop, and sustain mindfulness practices that are relevant to you and your life. Tools can include compassionate communication, breathwork, meditation, and gentle mindful movement.
What is a Soul Session like?

The first session is a free 30 minute consultation. This is a chance to share more about your goals and background with mindfulness, ask any questions, and discuss what will be most helpful to you.
Depending on your interests, the rest of the session and future ones might include troubleshooting any issues, learning about and working with your limiting beliefs, practicing various mindfulness tools, helping you maintain a personal practice, and/or anything else related to mindfulness. How is Mindfulness different from Meditation?
Mindfulness and mindfulness skills can be practiced at any time, anywhere, while doing anything.

Mindfulness is intentionally paying attention to the moment, without judging it or holding on to it.
Meditation is practicing mindfulness and mindfulness skills while sitting, standing, or lying quietly for a predetermined period of time.

How is Mindfulness Coaching different than counseling?
Mindfulness coaching is NOT counseling. Appointments are with a Certified and Practiced Mindfulness Coach and Instructor, not a Therapist.
While a Therapist looks deeply at emotions through the lens of our ‘stories’ – a Mindfulness Coach holds a container for self-exploration and offers tools to evaluate experiences based on the principles of mindfulness.
